TUESDAY: Tricolor red fruit cake

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 250 g of blueberries

- 250 g of banana

THURSDAY: Pistachio ice cream balls

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 150 g of pistachios (already peeled)
- 150 g of sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 liter of milk
- 250 g of whipped cream

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 300 g of red fruits
- 4 Greek yogurts
- Liquid cream
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup invert sugar
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

Put a saucepan on the fire with honey and varied red fruits (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, currants ...). Bring to a boil over low heat until the fruits are tender. Remove and beat. Once crushed, strain to remove the seeds and let cool completely.

- 2 natural yogurts
- 10 dl of whole milk
- 4 tablespoons white sugar

INGREDIENTS:- 200 ml of whole milk
- 200 ml of whipping cream (35% M.G.)
- 1 natural vanilla pod
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 g of sugar
- 2 tablespoons invert sugar
- 150 g raspberries
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
