Swordfish with stuffed tomatoes, an easy and healthy recipe

Having a high phosphorus content, swordfish (blue fish) helps our bones and teeth stay strong and healthy, and helps improve brain health.

INGREDIENTS (4 pers.):- 800 g swordfish
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon
- Parsley
- Chives
- 1/2 liter of milk
- 1 envelope of instant mash
- 20 g of butter
- 1 purple onion
- Vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt

Poner in a bowl a garlic, the juice of a lemon, the zest of the skin and the chopped herbs. Add 1 dl of oil. Cut the swordfish into pieces and incorporate it into the bowl. Leave marinating in the fridge for 1 hour. Put a grill on the fire and roast the swordfish with the juices.

Pput a saucepan on the fire with 1/2 liter of milk and an envelope of instant mash. Salpimentar to taste. Add 10 g of butter and stir with a spoon. Keep the saucepan on fire following instructions from the mash maker. Remove and let cool.

Peel and chop 1/2 onion Purple and a little chive and mix both ingredients with the mash. On the other hand, cut the tops of the tomatoes and empty their meat, to be able to fill with the prepared puree. Serve the swordfish with the stuffed tomatoes.
